Job Description…

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Virtual Assistant & Appointment Setter to help manage and grow our network of real estate agents across different states. This role requires a strong communicator who can fluently speak both English and Spanish, with a focus on setting appointments, managing marketing efforts, and keeping our brand top of mind for real estate agents.

Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Setting: Generate lists of realtors in specific regions and set up Zoom or in-person appointments with agents (preference for in-person).

Marketing Outreach: Send out targeted marketing emails to agents, keeping them engaged and informed.

Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media content, ensuring consistent, relevant, and engaging posts for agents.

Agent Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with agents, ensuring our services stay top of mind.

Bilingual Communication: Must be comfortable and effective communicating with agents in both English and Spanish.

Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Experience in appointment setting and lead generation, ideally with real estate agents.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with professionals in various states.

Experience in email marketing and social media management.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Organized and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the real estate or mortgage industry.

Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a marketing support role.
